  • Dr. Brian Frank
    Practice Owner/ DVM

    Dr. Frank and his wife Cheryl have 3 children and 1 dog 'Tia'. They are members of Christ Church of Oronogo, where they are active in the youth ministry. His hobbies include gardening, hunting, dirt bike riding, and spending time with his family.  Dr. Frank is a 1993 graduate of Kansas State University.

  • Dr. William Sorrick
    Practice Owner/ DVM

    Dr. Sorrick has 2 children. He attends the Carterville Christian Church. His hobbies include scuba diving, bicycling, his '56 Ford Pickup, and quiet mornings and evenings with a good book. Dr. Sorrick is a 1982 graduate of Kansas State University

  • Dr. Julia Gaither
    DVM

    Dr. Gaither grew up on a farm in Maryville, Missouri. Her husband John is a rancher. They have two sons and two cats. In her free time she enjoys outdoor activities, scrapbooking and cooking. She is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Dr. Gaither is a 2002 graduate of the University of Missouri.

  • Dr. Chaille Bates
    DVM

    Dr. Bates has 3 Jack Russells, a cocker spaniel and 3 Arabian horses. Her husband Dillon is an Arabian horse trainer. In her free time she enjoys showing horses.  Dr. Bates is a 2009 graduate of Louisiana State University.

  • Dr. Stephen Short
    DVM

    Dr. Short has 2 daughters, 1 son and 'Henny Penny' his dog. He is a member of the United Methodist Church of Jasper Missouri. His hobbies include riding horses, scuba diving, and flying. Dr. Short is a 1983 graduate of the University of Missouri- Columbia.

    Amanda Brown
    DVM

    Dr. Brown grew up in rural southeast Kansas.  Her husband, Eric, runs their chicken farm.  They have one little boy, 5 dogs, 2 horses and a bunch of chickens.  In her free time she enjoys being outside, spending time with family and drinking coffee.  Dr. Brown is a 2015 graduate of Kansas State University.

  • Michael Bowen
    Practice Manager
    Michael has dogs, birds and tropical fish. He graduated with a MBA from Pitt State in 2011 . Michael's wife Lyndsey is the Assistant Artistic Director of the Midwest Regional Ballet. Michael has experience in various small business management and several years working in veterinary medicine. Education: Pittsburg State University 2011
  • Adam Gardner
    Operations Manager

    Adam has 2 daughters and 1 dog, 'Brodinski'. His wife Leeann is an Executive Assistant/Treasury Analyst at Leggett & Platt.  Adam has been in the animal health industry since 2003 and has been with MPC since 2008. When not at MPC, he enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time with family. 

  • Jackie Wilson
    Front Desk Administrator

    Jackie has 1 son, 1 daughter and her cat 'Jolene'. Jackie and her husband Scott enjoy canoeing, cooking, spending time outdoors with family and friends, and storm watching. Jackie has been with MPC since 2003.

  • Casey Ward
    RVT

    Casey's love and admiration for animals brought her into the animal health industry in 2014.  With a background in small animal and emergency medicine, she graduated from the Crowder College Veterinary Technician program and joined MPC in 2018.  When not at MPC, she enjoys spending time with her growing family.  She is always surrounded by animals, kids and fun art projects.

  • Natalie Doyle
    RVT

    Natalie graduated from Crowder College Veterinary Technician Program in 2019 and has been with MPC since 2018.  She and her husband, Jade raise rabbits, chickens and ducks.  In her free time she enjoys hunting, fishing and kayaking alongside her family. 

  • Chelsea Bartholomew
    RVT

    Chelsea and her fiancé Anthony have 4 cats.  In her free time she enjoys being an aunt to her 9 nieces and 3 nephews, hiking, biking, hammocking, traveling and playing the clarinet and piano.  Chelsea is a 2016 Crowder College Veterinary Technician Program.  She joined MPC in 2020.

  • Jacqueline Stehm
    Veterinary Assistant

    Jacqueline and her husband, Clayton, have 3 dogs and 3 cats.  When not at MPC, she enjoys attending Renaissance Festivals and  traveling to far off destinations.  Her passion for animals led her to the animal health industry in 2014 and she has been with MPC since 2016.

  • Morgan Grover
    CVA

    Morgan and her husband, Jonathan have 2 dogs (Luna and Chaos) and 2 cats (Bobbers and Sissy). She enjoys gardening and being out on the lake boating with family and friends.  Morgan's Passion for animals started at a young age while being raised on a farm.  She as been in the animal health industry since 2016 and became a Certified Veterinary Assistant through the Missouri Veterinary Medical Association in 2019.  She has been with MPC since 2020.
