Our RVT team is laser focused on quality care for our patients, providing exceptional client interaction and education, but they are also lighthearted and always ready to have fun. Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) are not only the face of Madison Pet Clinic, but also drives the flow of clients and pets through the clinic. The daily success of our clinic is dependent on our CSR team upholding a positive attitude while using efficient skills to ensure successful communication with our clients and coworkers. They also love food and will find any excuse to have a potluck!
Our Support Staff are dedicated, compassionate and absolutely love all of our patients. They have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a dedicated work ethic, while providing excellent client / patient care. We provide a rewarding work environment with up-to-date lab and surgery equipment that provide a sense of accomplishment and the best care possible.
Our Boarding / Kennel team create a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for pets while they stay with us. Not only are they self-motivated but have a dedicated work ethic to provide excellent client / patient care. Our team has strong communication and interpersonal skills, which allow them to readily collaborate with CSR’s, staff and Doctors concerning our boarding pets. Rotational holiday and weekend shifts are required as well as some after-hours care.
