Customer Service Representative
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) are not only the face of Madison Pet Clinic, but also drives the flow of clients and pets through the clinic. The daily success of our clinic is dependent on our CSR team upholding a positive attitude while using efficient skills to ensure successful communication with our clients and coworkers. They also love food and will find any excuse to have a potluck!
Provide compassionate and empathetic care for pets and clients alike
Answer phones and emails with proper etiquette.
Schedule appointments with excellence to facilitate orderly workflow
Manage accounts, receive payments and rotating end of day duties
Communicate clearly and efficiently with clients and coworkers
Maintain efficiency with data entry in Windows based veterinary software
High school diploma or equivalent
Work well, both, within a team and independently
